Blaine Rada, Arch MI Senior National Trainer

Blaine has helped thousands of professionals transform their sales by differentiating themselves and creating separation from their competitors, and he is an accomplished training professional with a unique ability to explain, coach and inspire. A thought leader with over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, his focus is on helping organizations rise above the competition. He was named "America's Greatest Thinker" in 2005, and recently became an author, writing about my 500-mile walk across Spain. As a member of the National Speakers Association, he has achieved its highest earned designation, that being a Certified Speaking Professional.


Rick Wajda, CEO Indiana Builders Association

Rick Wajda is the CEO of the Indiana Builders Association. Rick joined the Indiana Builders Association for the second time in 2005 after a two year stint as the Associate Director of the Indiana Petroleum Council and Ohio Petroleum Council, trade organizations that represent the major oil companies with assets in Indiana and Ohio.  As the IBA’s chief lobbyist, Rick works with members of the Indiana General Assembly and Indiana’s regulatory agencies to insure housing affordability is taken into consideration when policy makers craft laws and regulations for Indiana’s citizens. Rick is also the Chairman of the Indiana Builders PAC and serves as a spokesperson for the industry on housing related issues.  Rick previously worked for the Indiana Builders Association for six years as the Association Services Director and Governmental Affairs Director.  Mr. Wajda is a past President of the Governmental Affairs Society of Indiana and currently serves on the Board for Habitat for Humanity of Indiana.  Rick is a graduate of Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing.




Lynn Wheeler, President-Elect of the Indiana Association Realtors

Lynn Wheeler is Senior Vice President at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Indiana Realty. Entering the real estate industry in 2006, Lynn was a top producer for many years before choosing to serve others in a leadership role.

Lynn is highly involved in the real estate industry: a past President of MIBOR REALTORĀ® Association, Lynn currently serves as the 2022 President Elect for the Indiana Association of REALTORS and a Board Member for the National Association of REALTORSĀ®.


Becca Goldsberry, Southwest Consulting Professional Sales and Leadership Coach

Becca is an Elite Sales and Leadership coach and an expert at lead generation and business development. She has led a large organization with over 300 team members and loves to develop team members to achieve their goals and dreams.

She graduated from the University of Louisville and in her career was an experienced merchandiser for several large Fortune 500 companies and a former corporate trainer, training hundreds of new consultants.

Kyle Lunford, Director of Homeownership & Community Development at Ruoff Mortgage

Kyle Lunford is Ruoff Mortgage's Director of Home-ownership & Community Development, to their Fort Wayne corporate office. His focus is on developing and implementing a financial literacy program that will serve under-resourced communities, and cover topics ranging from general financial best practices to the path to home-ownership. His goal for this new initiative is to expand financial literacy and home-ownership access in Fort Wayne by partnering with local organizations.

Previously, Kyle was with Teacher’s Credit Union as the manager of their Mortgage Direct unit and has been in the mortgage and banking industry since 2008. He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from Bethel College and his MBA from the University of Saint Francis.

Marianne Fraps, Operations Manager at IHCDA

Marianne Fraps, Homeownership Operations Manager. Ms. Fraps joined the IHCDA in September of 2005. She holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Prior to her position at the Authority, she held a position with Irwin Mortgage. She is a life long resident of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Dorothy Dodd, Community Lender at Centier Bank

Before joining First Merchants Bank in March 2022, Dorothy Dodd began her career in the finance and banking industry in 1976 in Gary, Indiana, as an office administrator.  In 1979, Dorothy was promoted to a branch manager position in Aurora, Illinois. Since then, she has managed offices in Illinois, Indiana, and St. Louis, Missouri.                                              

In 2001, Dorothy’s focus turned to loan origination to help first-time homebuyers navigate the mortgage process. As a Community Home Lending Officer, she educates individuals about home buying and affordable mortgages, as well as brings awareness about predatory lending.

In addition to her work with First Merchants Bank, Dorothy is the is the current President of the Indianapolis chapter of the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America (NAMMBA).

Priscilla Russell, Realtor at United Real Estate

Priscilla Russell is a Realtor with United Real Estate and has over 38 years in the business. She covers the Indianapolis Market and specializes in first-time home-buyers as well as move-up buyers.

Sheryl Taylor, Community Home Lending Manager at First Merchants Bank

With more than 15 years of mortgage lending experience, Sheryl Taylor specializes in helping people make wise decisions about financing their homes. She especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and the excitement that goes with a first home purchase.

Her current focus is community lending , and she is thrilled to have the opportunity to help low-to-moderate income buyers attain the stability and financial benefits that home-ownership can bring.
