Navi Singh is a career banker with 25 years of financial and mortgage experience. As the VP – Mortgage Production Manager, he oversees the production lending operations for Centier Bank across Centier’s footprint. He is considered the Subject Matter Expert in Construction Lending at Centier having led a team in Construction Lending for the last 7 ½ years.

Navi is an MBA graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is an active resident of the Carmel community, where he resides with his wife and their two boys.

He is a member of Indiana Mortgage Banker's Association and Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors and is a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.

Dawn Bruce is a highly-skilled mortgage operations professional with 25+ years of banking experience. She currently serves as Vice President of Mortgage Operations at Elements Financial. 

She has shared her product and underwriting expertise by presenting to local Realtors and MIBOR chapters, and she has received corporate recognition for both her performance and production. 

Dawn has underwritten construction loans for the past two decades and manages the entire Construction Loan process, from origination through the final draw. She partners with the Director of Mortgage Lending at Elements on the draw process herself.

Having worked in the real estate and sales industry for over 8 years, Brandy Jones brings a high level of communication and attentiveness to detail, ensuring a smooth process for both clients and their realtors. Brandy first helped homebuyers working in new construction sales in the central Indiana market then later moved to the mortgage side of the industry, allowing her to bring a well-rounded view to construction loans, both as end loans and construction to perm financing options. Brandy was Affiliate of the Year for Hendricks County Division of MIBOR in 2021, and has received other special recognition awards in the Mortgage Industry. 

Greg McKenzie has been in the residential mortgage industry since 1996. Prior to joining Northwest Bank in 2018, Greg was recognized in mortgage industry and a top producing broker /owner of CTC Mortgage (Residential, Commercial and Correspondent lending) with 8 producing loan officers on his team. He has also been recognized as a leader in New Home Sales being awarded “Rookie of The Year” in 2015 by the Sales And Marketing Council while working as a Sales Professional at WestPort Homes in Indianapolis. This is where his vast knowledge of residential construction really took root.
