IMBA is pleased to open applications for the Fall 2023 Future Leaders Class!
The Future Leaders Program is designed to provide students with unparalleled insights into the mortgage banking industry. From the initial stages of marketing and pricing mortgage loans, through originating, processing, underwriting, closing and servicing. Additional modules will cover the history of mortgage banking and how all the 'pieces' fit together, ending with a management, leadership and ethics session. Participants will gain comprehensive knowledge. The program is structured around nine distinct modules, which will be covered over three days this fall. Graduation and program plaques will be awarded upon the successful completion of the program, with the last class scheduled for Dec. 11. All classes will be held at the IMBA office at 8425 Woodfield Crossing Blvd., Suite 155E, Indianapolis, IN 46240. Program Dates: October 23 November 13 December 11 |
Since 2015, IMBA's Future Leaders Program has provided excellent training for members in all the major components of mortgage banking, from the history of the industry, to origination, and all the way through servicing and payoffs. Our team of instructors brings extensive expertise to their respective areas of training and maintains strong ties with the IMBA. We actively encourage students to engage proactively in the program, as it enhances their overall learning experience and fosters deeper industry understanding. The course fee is $229, and payment is due before the first day of class on October 23. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by the week of Oct. 16.
