Ronna Edwards joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis in 1996, and has been part of the Bank’s Community Investment staff since 1999, where she is currently a Senior Compliance Analyst.

Ronna’s responsibilities include administration, technical assistance, monitoring and compliance of FHLBI’s grant programs, focusing on homeownership programs including the Homeownership Opportunities Program – providing downpayment and closing cost assistance to first time homebuyers; the Neighborhood Impact Program – providing rehabilitation funds for current homeowners and Accessibility Modification Program – which provides monies to address home modification needs for senior or disabled households and the Disaster Recover Program.    

Heather Presley spent nearly 25 years in city government, most of which as a senior executive overseeing housing and downtown/neighborhood development initiatives, before co-founding the Housing Resource Hub in collaboration with High Performance Government Network, an Indiana nonprofit. The Hub currently is working with most counties in the 11-county area of Northeast Indiana and has a pipeline of 4 catalyst projects comprising nearly 400 housing units in various stages of development.

Heather is the Hoosier Homes Ambassador and oversees the Preferred Partner (Lender) Program which has generated more than 700 pre-screened homebuyer referrals for the Hub's preferred lending partners.
